libblasr-dev software package provides tools for aligning PacBio reads to target sequences (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblasr-dev
libblasr-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblasr-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblasr-dev *
You will get with libblasr-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
